How It Works
Through partner referrals and community requests, we bring Santa directly to those who need him most — whether through a personal visit, a live video call, or a special delivery. Healthcare providers, social workers, employers, and families can submit a request. No family is ever turned away for inability to contribute.
Two Pathways to Santa
Partner Referrals
Institutional partners — hospitals, social workers, employers, school counselors, senior centers — identify individuals or families with genuine need. The partner submits a referral; we review and schedule. No cost to the family.
Real examples:
- A health system adopted a family; Santa & Mrs. Claus delivered gifts personally to the home
- ER nurses arranged a FaceTime call with a brave 4-year-old patient
Community Requests
Families submit a request form describing who this is for, why, and what would make it meaningful. We review and prioritize based on circumstances — illness, loss, hardship, disability, first responder/military families, children lacking access to a Santa experience.

These are not separate programs with separate forms. They are one program with one intake process. We scale the response to match the need and the available resources.
For Institutional Partners
Hospitals, schools, churches, social services agencies, senior centers, and employers — you serve vulnerable populations and can identify families who would benefit from the foundation's programs. One institutional relationship can yield dozens of families served.
We offer a professional, easy-to-use referral process, background-checked and vetted Santas, and flexibility to work within your schedules and protocols. We are building year-round relationships, not just a December ask.
Hospitals & Healthcare
Patient referrals, venue access for visits, volunteer coordinator relationships. Free Santa visits for patients, morale boost for staff.
Schools & Social Services
Family referrals via counselors and social workers. Adopt-a-Family support for students' families. Gift delivery for client families.
