Most Santas operate in isolation — learning by trial and error, navigating an expensive niche market for gear, and lacking the institutional credibility that comes with nonprofit affiliation. The Santa Community changes that.
What We Offer
Training & Development
Workshops on working with special needs children, hospital protocols, photography, character development, and costuming. Earn an "SCF Trained Santa" credential that adds legitimacy to your craft.

Gear & Supplies
Curated resource lists with honest peer reviews. Group buy coordination for bulk trinkets and supplies. Community board for buy/sell/trade of used gear and costume pieces.
Nonprofit Affiliation
A solo Santa can't get a 501(c)(3), can't offer tax-deductible receipts, and can't partner with hospitals at an institutional level. Foundation membership gives you credibility and access.
We're Allies, Not Competitors
Families who contact the foundation wanting to hire Santa for a backyard party — that's not our mission, but we refer them to community members. We send you business; you volunteer for our events. Your success is our success.
